Editing/Deleting your profile

You can do this by logging into Shows Reunited under your existing login details and going to the 'Create/Edit Your Profile' page or the 'Change Your Details' page (these links can be found at the top of your profile).

You can then amend your details then click on 'Update' - a message will display to confirm the changes.

If you would like all your details to be removed from Shows Reunited, please click here.

If you would like to cancel your subscription to Shows Reunited, please click here.


Troubleshooting

I haven't received my validation email ...

Upon registering with Shows Reunited, a validation email containing a unique character code is sent out to the email address that you have chosen to register with us.

If you have not yet received your validation email then the most likely reason is that you have not provided us with the correct e-mail address - please double check what you have entered via the 'Contact Us' page and ask us to ensure that your email address is correct.

You will need to retrieve the email from that email address so that you can click the link to complete your registration.

It is also possible that your email host could be identifying our validation email as spam and delivering it to your junk mail folder so you might like to check there.

If this doesn't help then send us your details, including your name, AND registered email address by clicking here and we will manually validate your account for you.

I'd like an INSTANT reminder of my password ...

How do I INSTANTLY remove my name from the site?

How do I remove my name from a production or a friend that I am linked with?

You can do this by going to the 'My Profile' page and clicking the small minus icon next to the relevant production or person on your profile.

I have registered but can't get back into the site...

To regain access to the site you need to enter your email address and password in the login box at the top of tha page. The email and password needs to be the one's that you used to register with us. If you click the 'Remember Me' checkbox you will be remembered next time you visit the site. Beware that if you are using a public computer you may not want to select this option.

The site is not working properly or looks a little strange

Where we make every attemp to make the site work on all browsers and all platforms sometimes it may not work in the way intended. The site is designed to work in the following browsers:

General Stuff

How much does it cost to upgrade to full membership?

You can choose to upgrade to full membership for a fee of £4.95 which are purchased in 6 month packages of £29.70. Why not try us first by registering for free here.

Once upgraded, you will be able to email any other member, view their full profile and join our chat rooms.

What do I get for my membership?

General browsers may: Search for names but can't access any profiles, browse all areas of the site except for chat rooms and profile pages, be able to see other members listed with production search results..

Registered non-paying members may also: Have a profile and login with user name, picture and list of asssociated productions etc, be able to see other members profiles.

Registered paying members may also: Have contact details (an email address or www), access to the chat room, a full profile, the ability to contact each other through out messenger system and be a chat room member.

How do I find someone?

Please see 'Search' at the top of the website.

In this area, you will be able to locate the details of any person registered with Shows Reunited by name only.

You can search for a person by their forename and surname and you also have the option to search on productions and genres through our advanced search page.

How do I change my password?

You can do this by logging into Shows Reunited under your existing login details and you can then update your personal details, including name, password and your profile.

I can not find my desired production, genre etc...

Email us with your requested production and we will update out database.


Payments, Upgrades & Renewals

I don't want to pay online, can I pay by cheque?

Yes, you can - we can accept payments in Sterling only.

If you would prefer to pay by post, we are happy to accept sterling cheques, postal orders or international money orders to the value of £29.70 for 6 months membership made payable to K Entertainments at our postal address;

Please ensure that you write your name and email address on the back of the payment so that we know which membership to upgrade. The postal payment process can take up to 5 working days but we will send you an email to let you know as soon as you are upgraded.

How do I renew my upgrade?

You will be sent a password reminder 1 week before your membership expires. You will then have to login to the site and renew your membership via the renew button that will appear on your profile.

If you already a Premium member and wish to renew your membersip early you can do this by going to the upgrade renew page (you will need to be logged in and already be a Premium member to do this).
